1. What can WitLinx do for you?

Need to reschedule a doctor’s appointment, follow up on a bill, make dinner reservations, or send flowers? Virtually anything is possible and one step away.

 

2. How does it work?

You register, add a plan to your registration, and start sending us your requests. Its easy! Once your up and running you send us your requests in one of three ways:

• Website Request
• Email (JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)
• Call (888) 948-5469

Once we receive your request one of our agents will complete it.

 

3. What are incentives?

Incentives are used to have a system to complete virtually any task. You decide what you are willing to pay for your request to be completed and we will find an expert to get your task done.

 

example #1 Mary would like to have WitLinx schedule a manicure. Suggested incentive $3.00

 

example #2 Mary would like to have WitLinx review her presentation while she gets her manicure, this would take an hour and to Mary this time to relax is worth $20. So her request has a $20 incentive.

 

As you can see incentives are fair for everyone, you don't pay any more than you think the task is worth, and the agents compete knowing before the task is done how much they will be paid. If we are unable to find an agent to complete your task we will notify you via email.

 

4. What happens if your request requires a purchase?

Your agent will email or call you to confirm you approve the transaction, if you do they will either bridge you on the call to provide payment information, or we can handle the purchase for a 5% service fee.
